Designed for those who primarily want to ensure someone can manage their finances and medical care if they become incapacitated.

Designed for those who want a clear roadmap for how their assets should be divided. It should be understood, though, that having a Last Will and Testament does not avoid the probate process.

Designed for those who already have current Powers of Attorney and Advance Medical Directives, but now need but now need a Trust to move their real estate and accounts out of their probate estate.

• Real Estate Funding: Includes legal preparation and recording of one deed for property located in Indiana.

5. The Asset Protection and Medicaid Planning Plan: starting at $8,000 (Individual) / $10,000 (Married)
Designed for people who want to protect their assets and understand the process of qualifying for Medicaid (normally for the purposes of nursing home fees). These plans take the most time and are customized to each person’s goals, their assets, and many other considerations.

While our bundled packages offer the most comprehensive value, we provide these standalone services for specific needs.
Scope of Services & Conclusion of Representation: The fees listed below are flat rates for the limited purpose of preparing the specific legal documents requested. This fee covers the initial intake, the drafting of your documents, or, where explicitly noted, the recording of those documents.
Our professional representation and attorney-client relationship automatically terminate upon the delivery of your documents (or the recording of a deed). This fee does not include future document maintenance, ongoing legal advice, or phone consultations regarding your estate after the project is complete. Any work requested after delivery will require a new engagement agreement and will be billed at our current hourly rate of $550 per hour.
• Last Will and Testament: $1,000 (Individual) / $1,500 (Married)
• Power of Attorney: $700 (Individual) / $1,000 (Married)
• Advance Medical Directive: $800 (Individual) / $1,100 (Married)
• Revocable Living Trust & Pour-Over Will: $3,600 (Individual) / $4,700 (Married)
• Deed Preparation & Recording: $1,000
• Affidavits: $400 – $900.
We charge by the hour ($550 per hour) for the following, with minimum amounts depending upon the case:
• Trust /Probate / Guardianship Administration: Initial Logic Audit and Roadmap: $2,500 flat fee, followed by hourly billing based upon the Roadmap and client goals.
