Kubik Legal’s fees reflect the value of personalized legal advice that guides your decisions and includes any necessary documents. You are paying for expertise, strategy, and practical guidance, not just forms. I do not maintain a high-rise office or a fleet of assistants. You are paying for a PhD-engineered legal architecture designed for precision, flexibility, and speed. These fees are fixed to ensure we focus on your legacy, not my billable hours.
Individual Documents
- Power of Attorney: $650 (individual), $950 (married)
- Advance Medical Directive: $750 (individual), $1,100 (married)
- Living Will: $950 (individual), $1,450 (married)
- Deeds: $650. For clients living in Lake or Porter County, they may record the deeds themselves, or pay an additional $150 for Kubik Legal to record the deeds.
- Affidavits: $350 – $850
We also offer these packages:
- The Power Package includes Power of Attorney + Advance Medical Directive: $1,250 (individual), $1,850 (married)
- The Estate Package includes Power of Attorney + Advance Medical Directive + Living Will: $2,250 (individual), $3,250 (married)
- The Revocable Living Trust Package includes Revocable Living Trust + Pour Over Will + Power of Attorney + Advance Medical Directive: $4,250 (individual), $5,450 (married)
We charge by the hour ($550 per hour) for the following, with minimum amounts depending upon the case:
- Trust /Probate / Guardianship Administration: Initial Logic Audit and Roadmap: $2,500 flat fee, followed by hourly billing based upon the Roadmap and client goals.
